Kellie Daniel
E-RYT 200

Kellie was led to her first true yoga experience at Sangati Yoga in Charlotte, NC. She had been a dancer since she was small and strived to maintain her flexibility once she moved to Charlotte and started working full-time in Interior Design.

Brooks Haislip and Rachael Goolsby were the key people who encouraged her to "just give it a try!" Kellie immediately clicked with the physical practice but surprisingly discovered the fruits the spiritual practice yoga offered her life. In addition to falling in love with yoga, she fell in love with the community the studio naturally formed.

Since moving to Charlotte from her birthplace, Cleveland, OH, in 2002 upon graduation from Bowling Green State University, the yoga community became her home away from home. A supportive environment to explore all that was shifting and changing, a safe place to help nurture the unfolding of new possibility, new connections, and transformations that were occurring in her life.

Kellie became eager to share what she was learning and with gentle encouragement from those around her, completed teacher training in the Anusara style here in Charlotte in 2009 under the direction of Sarah Faircloth, Kelley Gardner, and Stacey Millner-Collins

Kellie is an E-RYT 500 teacher and leads weekly public classes, various workshops, Intro to Yoga Series, and continuing education workshops for teachers at Be Yoga Dilworth in Charlotte, NC. She teaches numerous private and small group sessions in her newly formed private instruction yoga studio, Central Peace Yoga & Ayurveda.

Kellie's love for children led her to completing the Grounded Kids Yoga Training in 2012 and teaches children at various schools in the surrounding Charlotte area. She facilitated the development of Y.A.M.S Camp {Yoga.Art.Music.Stories} for children K-5 in 2014 in which she co-teaches every summer at Trinity Episcopal School.

Kellie is also working toward her certification in Prenatal Yoga to help mothers feel confident in their wisdom to carry, birth and mother with fierce love and compassion.

Whether you are brand new to yoga, a seasoned practioner, recovering from injury, new to Charlotte, pre- or post-natal, young or young at heart, you will be warmly welcomed to Kellie's classes and encouraged to reconnect with the whole of yourself with love and enthusiasm!

You will walk away from Kellie's classes feeling grounded and open, ready to see your life from a refreshed perspective and a very good chance you will have made a new friend!
